YOUNG ADULTS AND TEENS
Growing up can be difficult. You don’t have to do it alone. I see teens who are struggling with fitting in, anxiety, depression, difficulty with friends, adjusting to an ever-changing work load and simply need a non-judgmental place to talk. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone who isn’t a parent or family member, a person who understands your challenges and won’t be upset or shocked by the things that are going on around you. Having raised teens of my own I understand the culture that teens live in and I can relate to the pressures they feel. Together we can make sense of your troubles and find ways to face the challenges of everyday life.
TRANSITIONING TO ADULTHOOD
I appreciate the challenges faced by young adults. There is a lot of pressure placed on their shoulders, from what college to attend to how do decide who they are and what makes them feel fulfilled and excited about their future. Let me help you define who you are, what path makes sense for you and find ways to cope with this important time in your life.
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
